Do we require to have an IT background to learn Cloud Computing?

I am interested to get in the Cloud Computing field but don’t have any knowledge about the IT domain. Please share a learning path for someone like to start learning Cloud Computing from scratch without any prior experience of coding, programming, and technical terms.
